1. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fish and seafood products, FishBaazar does not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund under specific conditions outlined below.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product was spoiled or unusable at the time of delivery

  • There was a missing item in your order


3. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact FishBaazar within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product

  • Share your order number and delivery details

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by FishBaazar


5. Replacement Policy

  • If approved, replacement products will be delivered at no additional cost

  • Replacement delivery time depends on product availability and location


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • The complaint is raised after the allowed reporting time

  • The issue is based on personal taste or preference

  • Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation is not allowed
